Takeoffs.io is an app that automates takeoffs and estimates. You simply upload your plans, choose the type of takeoff you need and you will get emailed back a completed takeoff (bill of quantities) in Excel and a set of marked up plans.
Takeoffs are completed through a mix of software automation through a number of tools we have developed and manual work by our team of quantity surveyors and estimators.
Plans are uploaded into our takeoff software and completed by at least 2 estimators experienced in the type of work. Completed takeoffs are reviewed by a Senior Quantity Surveyor for quality assurance and emailed back.
Our takeoffs follow the International Standard Method of Measurement published by the Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
We offer fixed price for most residential takeoff’s and price larger commercial work on application.
Yes, we can provide costs estimates for an additional charge based on either your own supplied pricing or our benchmark rates for your state.
In most cases, we consider a duplex 1 job.
